Mr. Richardson brings over 30 years of experience in Finance and Accounting to ZeoGas LLC, with a complementary mix of Senior Finance roles in Fortune 100 firms such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, United Airlines, and Amazon.com, coupled with Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance positions with privately-held and private equity-sponsored companies in industrial contracting, equipment manufacturing, real estate development, and technology.  Mr. Richardson, a licensed CPA, has significant experience in Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, Deal Structuring and Restructuring, SEC filings, and IPO’s.  He has provided project leadership for large-scale construction and development activities, and has significant experience in working with diverse stakeholders such as equity owners, bankers, employees and government entities to ensure the highest possible alignment of interests and complete regulatory compliance.  Mr. Richardson has selected and worked with External Audit and Tax providers at multiple companies, and is well-versed at establishing and managing accounting and financial processes, including accounting systems, KPI dashboards, and related managerial reporting.  Mr. Richardson has participated as a board member and has served as chair of various non-profit committees, mentored younger business associates both formally and informally, and has coached youth sports for many years.  Mr. Richardson received his undergraduate business degree (BBA) from Baylor University, and his MBA with Finance concentration from the University of Houston.
